Elixia Connect · On-spot freight marketplace
Pay market rates,
not asking rates.

Then post the load.
Search a city or a PIN, then the vehicle. The board prices that lane per trip, per ton, per kg and per km. Names stay hidden. Post the load if the number works, or join if you run the trucks.
Benchmarks are a lane book in the shape of awarded Connect loads, refreshed to the clock so every time sits inside the last 24 hours. They are indicative for the lane and vehicle you pick, not a quote. Android and iOS apps follow once the profile is approved.
Shipper or transporter: after you send the form, someone from the Elixia team calls for KYC.
Spot freight, without
the scramble.
Your load goes to every verified transporter with the right vehicle on that lane.
Elixia has done the KYC. You sign a one-page spot agreement and the truck is yours.
A transporter going home empty would rather carry your load for less than carry nothing.
Transporters compete.
You save.
Pick a load, set your rules and start the auction. Bids come from transporters Elixia has verified. The price drops as they compete, and trucks heading back empty bid lowest. Award L1 and the spot agreement is signed in one click.
Simulation with sample loads and fictional transporter names, localised to your region. A 15-minute window plays in about 16 seconds.
Lane, vehicle, weight, pickup. 30 seconds on the app or web.
Verified transporters on the lane bid live, open or sealed.
Lowest eligible bid, above your rating floor.
One click. No KYC, no vendor code.
Live in Elixia Orbit, with ETA and detention.
Digital POD in, invoice raised, paid on terms.
Already verified.
Just sign.
Every transporter on Connect is verified by Elixia before it can bid: identity, tax, vehicles, insurance, permits and bank account, plus a track record on the platform. You skip onboarding entirely and sign a one-page spot agreement for each load.
Typical timelines, for illustration.

Empty miles are
your discount.
After a delivery, most trucks drive home empty. Diesel, tolls and the driver are paid either way. Any load on the way back is extra income for the transporter, so they bid below market and still come out ahead. Move the bid and see who wins.
Illustrative economics on a sample lane: an empty return costs the transporter about 55% of the market rate; carrying a load adds about 18%.
Load, run, POD.
Paid on time.
Post your free trucks and return lanes, accept or bid on loads from genuine shippers and run every trip on the Elixia app. The POD you photograph at the door raises the invoice, and Elixia tracks the payment until it lands.
Thousands of
genuine transporters.
Fleet owners large and small, already working with shippers on Elixia, each one verified once by Elixia. Amber trucks are heading back empty. Watch them get matched to loads.
Competition plus
empty returns.
Two things lower your spot freight cost on Connect: verified transporters competing for every load, and trucks heading back empty pricing below market. Estimate both for your volume.
Indicative ranges, not a quote. A pilot on your own lanes shows the real number.
Genuine shippers.
Genuine transporters.
A marketplace only works when both sides can trust it. These rules keep Connect honest.
Only transporters verified by Elixia can bid: identity, tax, vehicles, insurance and bank.
A bid is a commitment. Withdrawals and no-shows hit the transporter's score.
Show bidders their rank so they sharpen their price, or keep every bid sealed.
Set a minimum rating or on-time score. L1 is the lowest bid that clears it.
Placement, on-time delivery and POD quality feed the scorecard shippers see.
Rate, free time, POD and payment terms are in the spot agreement. Elixia tracks due dates.
Post, bid, close.
Anywhere.
Shippers post from the web or their phone. Transporters bid from the app or WhatsApp. Everyone sees the same load, the same bids and the same agreement.
Shippers and transporters both get the Elixia Connect app on Android and iOS. WhatsApp is there for a bid when you are not in the app.

What is Elixia Connect?
A freight marketplace that connects shippers with transporters Elixia has already verified. Shippers post a load, transporters bid in an on-spot reverse auction, and the shipper awards the load with a one-click spot agreement.
Do I need to do KYC on the transporters?
No. Elixia verifies every transporter before it can bid: identity and tax registration, vehicle registration, insurance, permits and bank account. You sign a spot agreement for each load and go.
How does the reverse auction work?
You set the lane, vehicle, pickup time, auction window and rules. Verified transporters on that lane bid, and the price falls as they compete. In an open auction they see their rank and can improve; in a sealed auction each bids once. When the window closes you award L1, the lowest eligible bid.
Do I have to take the lowest bid?
You choose the rules. Set a minimum rating or on-time score and L1 is the lowest bid that clears it. You can also award another bidder and record why.
Why are bids from empty-return trucks lower?
A truck going home after a delivery pays for diesel, tolls and the driver whether it is loaded or empty. Any load on the way back is extra income, so the transporter can bid below market and still earn more than driving back empty.
How do transporters get paid?
The transporter uploads the POD from the Elixia app at delivery. The invoice is raised from it, the payment terms come from the spot agreement and Elixia tracks the due date. Transporters who want the money sooner can use Elixia Finance.
How do I join as a transporter?
Use Join 3,000 transporters on this page. We take your firm, fleet, routes, FTL or PTL, dry or cold chain, and your consent to share vehicle and GPS data. After approval you get the Android or iOS app and can bid.
Can I post a load without being a customer yet?
Yes. Post the lane, vehicles, weight and the rate you are willing to pay. That lead comes to Elixia, transporters can bid, and we onboard you offline as the next step.
Are the lane rates live invoices?
The board is a benchmark built like recent awarded loads: L1, L2 and L3, with transporter names hidden and times inside the last 24 hours. Use it to decide what to post. It is not a binding quote.
Which regions does Connect cover?
Elixia serves customers in India, the UAE and the USA. Book a demo and we will show you the transporter network on your lanes.
